New release of Actenum DSO/Upstream enhances collaboration and increases operations agility with automated notifications

New administration features save time and effort.
HOUSTON, September 8, 2021: Actenum Corporation announced today its latest release of the industry’s most advanced drilling scheduling tool, Actenum Upstream, Version 6.7.1. Available immediately, the new version is an optional upgrade incorporating features that automatically notify all stakeholders across different disciplines of relevant schedule changes, deadlines, or changes to Key Performance Indicators via a new notifications and alerts feature.
New notifications feature
The new feature enables the creation of triggers that will automatically send email notifications to specified users who need to be informed about important changes to the schedule. Based on specific rules about schedule changes, approaching deadlines, or updates to Key Performance Indicators, each trigger will automatically fire at the appropriate time and ensure stakeholders always know when and whether to take action.
New dashboard and Log Viewer
Through a new dashboard and Log Viewer, DSO/Server 6.7.1 enables IT support personnel to be proactive and take necessary measures before users are impacted by an issue. The System Health Dashboard displays key system information, such as CPU and RAM usage, the status of database and Active Directory connections, security certificate expiration dates, and software version information. The log viewer provides a view of real-time access, administration, and authentication logs.
“Whether it is monitoring SIMOPs constraints or lease deadlines, dispatching crews, staging materials at the right time or ensuring permits are submitted on time, employees that depend on the schedule to do their work often have to manually search large reports or data exports to find the information that they need,” said Paul Maurer, Actenum CEO. “The new upgrade, with its automated notifications feature, ensures that everyone is automatically kept up to date and given exact information to perform their jobs.”
